IPTV Cape Town offers a free trial period so you can test the service before committing to a paid subscription. During the trial, you will have full access to our channels, movies, and series to evaluate the streaming quality, channel availability, and device compatibility.
We highly recommend using the free trial first. Refund requests from subscribers who did not use the available free trial may be subject to additional review, as the trial is designed specifically to prevent dissatisfaction after purchase.
You may be eligible for a refund if you experience persistent technical issues with our service that our support team is unable to resolve after reasonable troubleshooting efforts. Eligible situations include: consistent server downtime affecting your ability to use the service, widespread channel unavailability that significantly reduces the value of your subscription, or critical technical failures on our end that prevent normal use.
To qualify for a refund, you must have first contacted our support team and allowed reasonable time for them to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason. The refund amount may be prorated based on the remaining time of your subscription period.
For subscriptions purchased during promotional or discounted offers, the refund amount will be based on the actual price paid, not the regular price.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations: if your internet connection does not meet the minimum requirements for streaming (10 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps for 4K); if your device is not compatible with IPTV applications and this could have been verified during the free trial; if your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, including credential sharing or reselling.
Additionally, refunds will not be issued for temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, minor channel changes, or issues caused by third-party software, VPN configurations, or ISP restrictions on your end.

Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. EFT refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. SnapScan refunds will be processed according to the payment provider's timeline.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. IPTV Cape Town is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
